From Titanic to Romeo and Juliet to Gangs of New York, Leonardo DiCaprio has starred in some of the biggest and most critically acclaimed movies of the last dozen years. And now reports out of Hollywood suggest he’s about to star in a movie that takes place in the exciting world of online casinos in Costa Rica. Considering the talent on board, it’s bound to be a classic, and should be the next best thing to playing in an online casino yourself!

The writers of the movie, Brian Koppelman and David Levien, have already written such gambling classics as Rounders and Ocean’s 13, so they know their stuff. This will be the first major Hollywood film to look at online casinos so it will be fun to see how the movie shapes up as it goes into production. And considering how the popularity of Rounders has to take some credit for the massive surge of people taking up poker, you can assume that this new DiCaprio movie will help make online casinos even hotter than they already are.
